Massage

Therapeutic or Relaxation; the combination is massage by any other name. I’ll use my skills and experience to best treat your concerns through soft tissue manipulation and techniques to increase circulation, reduce pain, improve range of motion, and promote healing and balance.  Pressure is subjective and can vary person to person. We can work together and adjust to comfort levels. From treatment of injuries to general maintenance of issues in your tissues, as well as reduction of daily stresses; massage can help!

45 minutes: $85
60 minutes: $110
90 minutes: $150

Face/Neck/Scalp

This massage focuses on the common regions of stress, headaches and jaw discomfort. This treatment is preformed face up, and techniques are focused on the muscles of the neck, face and scalp. Intended to relax and release tension in these areas that are often strained in office jobs, phone scrolling, teeth clenching and eye strain. A short and focused massage.

30 minutes: $60

Raindrop Aroma Massage

A relaxing full body massage (including face and scalp) that uses 9 essential oils in a calming and rejuvenating sequence to calm the body, enhance immunity and offer a renewing experience for the senses. Highly relaxing and soothing for the body and the mind.

90 minutes: $160

Holistic Reflexology

A foot focused treatment that addresses the meridian lines in a sequence meant to relax the body and stimulate energy flow. *Can be added to other regular massage bookings

30 minutes: $60

Targeted Treatments

Three options for a 45 minute regionally focused massage for common trouble zones.

Legs and Feet: Perfect for runners and cyclists or those who spend a lot of time standing in their day. Relieve tension and restrictions from overuse and training that cause aches and pains in those lower limbs, and soreness in the feet.

Arms, Neck, Pecs: Posture posture posture! This massage is done face up and focused across the upper body; fingertip to fingertip. Reduce tension across the chest, and strain in the neck, while also getting into those keyboard, mousing and highly used arms and hands.

Arms and Legs: Limbs! Overlooked and overused. All we do uses our legs and arms; these muscle groups move us, lift stuff and carry our bodies and our groceries. Targeted massage to ease tension and restriction in the muscles of the arms and legs.

45 minutes: $85

Dynamic Cupping

Massage with use of silicone cups to ease fascia restrictions, create greater mobility, boost circulation, and promote recovery. Addition of cupping to a 60 or 90 minute massage can enhance tension release, further boost blood flow and help soften and reduce adhesion and increase range of motion. This is an intentionally mark-free style of cupping with some placement and dynamic flow; drag of cups vs. fascia for even greater massage results.

60 minutes: $120
90 minutes: $160

Stretching

Two options for stretching to achieve better range of motion, and enhance your recovery and massage and self care. Flexibility training can reduce pain, improve posture and assist in better movement. Add 15 minutes of assisted stretching to the end of your massage or book a full body stretch session. Passive stretching, assisted stretching and flexibility techniques are used to improve movement, and promote better flexibility, posture and range of motion.

Add-on (15 minutes): $30
Stretch Session (45 minutes): $95

Massage & Facial

Relax and renew with a full body massage and a rejuvenating facial. Use of aromatherapy oil and gorgeous Eminence Organics skincare products; for the ultimate in selfcare, stress relief and overall vitality. This treatment is the head-to-toe for maintaining your glow and improving your wellness. Facials are designed for acne/sensitive/aging/dry concerns and offer a pampering and beautiful treatment for the body and skin.

1 hour and 45 minutes: $195

Rapid NFR

Rapid Neurofacial Reset is a massage technique that treats pain. Rapid focuses on the nervous system's response to pain, rather than the muscles. It is a short duration treatment with big results. This is a lotion free technique that is done fully clothed. Application is at joint and tendon sites rather than in the muscle belly.

The purpose of Rapid NFR is to excite the nerves and re-create an inflammatory response. Some techniques are dynamic and some are passive. This treatment can be uncomfortable and intense; it is pain specific (chronic or acute) so treatment is only required for clients in pain. Sessions are shorter and best when NOT combined with massage (or done after other modalities). The goal is to get your brain out of the current pain feedback loop and encourage a return to safety and full range of movement.

Movement after a Rapid NFR treatment is highly recommended to re-enforce the treatment and promote greater healing. Wear loose fitting and comfortable clothes (no jeans or restrictive garments).

15 minutes: $45
30 minutes: $80
